Orders
Can I cancel or change my order once it’s been placed?
Absolutely! If your order hasn't been processed yet, we're more than happy to accommodate any changes you need. Shoot us a line on our contact us page with your order number and request as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
How long will it take for my order to process before shipping? How do I know if my order has been sent?
Generally, orders are processed within one to three business days from the time they're placed. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed, and your package will be sent out on the same day.
Delivery & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
No need to fret! Shipping times will be displayed during checkout, allowing you to pick the option that suits you best. Just remember to factor in 1 to 3 business days for processing before the shipping clock starts ticking.
What if I haven’t received my package and it’s past the expected delivery date?
Oh no! We're truly sorry about that. Please drop us a line on our Contact Us page and we'll roll up our sleeves to investigate ASAP.
What do I do if an item from my order is missing or damaged?
Oh dear! If you find a missing or damaged item in your package, don't worry. Just shoot us a line on our Contact us page within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll work our magic to make things right.

What if my package says it’s been delivered but I’m unable to locate it?
We recommend doing a thorough check of every nook and cranny - entrances, mailrooms, even under the doormat! Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. However, you can file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I make a return?
Need to send something back? Just shoot us a line on our Contact us page with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll zip a return label right over to you.
Just remember to get in touch within fourteen days of receiving your order, and make sure the item is unwashed, unworn, and still sporting its original tags. Please note that sale items are final sale.
Once we receive your package, we'll process a refund to your original payment method, minus a small $5 shipping and restocking fee. If you prefer store credit instead, we'll waive the fee. Your refund should shimmy its way into your account within 5-10 business days.
How do I make an exchange?
Looking to swap sizes or styles? Simply follow our return process as usual, and then hop back onto our website to place a new order for the item you'd like.
Can I return a gift?
Absolutely! Drop us a line on our Contact us page with the order number or the name of the generous gift-giver. Just make sure to reach out within 14 days of receiving the gift, and ensure the item is still brand-spanking-new with its original tags intact. We'll hook you up with store credit that's good to go whenever you are.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Sit tight! Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to make their way back into your account.
